This card was made using C.T.M.H. new "Hawaiian themed" stamp set---LOVE it! For the water, I used some dark blue scrap paper, tore the edges and used white chalk ink to make it look like waves. The flower and leaves are stamped on white card stock, cut out & chalked, and then assembled.
Love how the colors of the flower makes it 'pop' off the page. And you did a fabulous job cutting out all those pieces. :)
